Arizona Hair Extensions by Ashlye — Salon Policies

  • Deposit & Booking Policy

    • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
      This amount goes toward your install fee and must be paid via Cash App or Zelle.
    • If you are purchasing hair prior to your appointment, that purchase will serve as your deposit.
    • One reschedule is allowed per deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new non-refundable deposit.
  • No Guest Policy

    • No guests are allowed, including friends, family, or children. While I love children (and have my own), I kindly ask that you please make proper arrangements prior to your appointment for childcare, to maintain a calm, focused, and timely service experience. This applies even if they are potential clients.
    • Appointments are for scheduled clients only. If you arrive with a guest, your appointment will be canceled immediately, entry will not be permitted, and your deposit will be forfeited. No future bookings will be accepted.
    •  This policy is in place to protect the privacy and safety of my family, home, and business.
  • Service Pricing

    • Pricing is non-negotiable and discounts are not available.
    • Prices are subject to change, appropriate notice will be given.
  • Punctuality

    • Appointments are scheduled at a specific time. Please arrive on time, not early.
    • If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled time.
    • Clients arriving late will be charged $1 per minute starting at the scheduled time.
    • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
  • Adjustment Policy

    •  If you need an adjustment after your service, please reach out within 2 days of your appointment.
    •  All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE, because my product is already used. Adjustments requested after 2 days will incur a standard install fee.
  • Consultation Policy

    • Virtual or in-person consultations are available by appointment only.
    • A $25 consultation fee applies and must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment.
  • Service Changes

    •  Services cannot be changed last-minute. You will receive the service booked at the time of scheduling.
    • To change or cancel a service, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance.

Your Extensions are valuable and should be treated with caution.
